Sr. DevOps Analyst · Salesforce Specialist

Hey, I'm
Bhaskar Sharma 👋

Bridging business & technology in Kelowna, BC.

I'm a business analyst with a deep Salesforce background, helping teams untangle complexity and ship platforms that actually work. My work lives at the intersection of stakeholder conversations, system architecture, and clean documentation.

Currently working as a Sr. Business Analyst, leading Salesforce platform initiatives from discovery through release. I've also worked in IT coordination and software engineering — so I understand the full stack.

Beyond the 9-to-5

Travel, movement, and good music — the stuff that actually matters.

✈️
Always moving
Travel & Culture

New cities, new food, new perspectives. I travel to get uncomfortable in the best way possible — whether that's navigating a chaotic market in a country where I don't speak the language, or road-tripping somewhere with no plan and a full tank. The goal is always to come back with a better story than I left with.

🛣️
On the road
Road Trips

BC has some of the most ridiculous drives on the planet and I've done most of them. Windows down, good playlist, no real schedule. The journey always beats the destination.

🎧
Always on
Music

My mood in playlist form. Every trip, workout, and late-night drive has its own soundtrack. Genre-fluid — hip hop to indie to stuff I can't really explain but somehow works.

🏋️
Daily habit
Fitness & Training

The gym is where I reset. Consistent training keeps everything else in check — energy, focus, headspace. It's less about aesthetics and more about showing up for yourself every day.

Currently
📍
Planning a trip to
Somewhere I haven't been yet — list is long, time is short.
🎵
Listening to
Whatever matches the vibe of the drive.
🎯
Working on
Staying consistent. In the gym, in life, everywhere.
